3. Machine Details:
Fully automatic tile Roofing Roll Forming Machine is composed of feeding, forming and cutting after forming. The products produced by tile press have smooth and beautiful appearance, uniform lacquer pattern, high strength and durability. It is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, such as factory buildings, warehouses, locomotive garages, hangars, gymnasiums, exhibition halls, cinemas and theatres. Its components include: whole machine, PLC computer control system, hydraulic pump station system, automatic post-shearing system.
4. Service
In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for 18 months since leaving our
factory excludes the electric elements.
Installation:If installation is needed, we will dispatch a technician to the buyer’s factory abroad to assist
regulating the machine with charge. The buyer should assist the technician to get the Chinese technician's
visa and should pay for the roundtrip air ticket and the local accommodation.If installation is needed, the
buyer shall make the following preparation before arrival of technicians.
* Position the machine in the buyer’s factory.
* Prepare necessary electric wiring.
* Prepare material of trial running.
* Provide labors for assistance and installation during instalation.
5. Packing:
- 1. Nude,with waterproof cloth and stow-wood.Imported computer control system packedwith waterproof cloth and card board.
- 2. This producing line is maintained free of charge for 18 months.When the machine isused in China,we will install and debug the machine for free;if it is used at abroad,we willsend the professional technician to debug. Buyers should take all the fees for technicianstravelling abroad.
- 3. AlI the parts in the roll forming machine is free to maintain all the life,if in 18 months ourcompany bear the cost for exchanged the broken part like the new parts cost and expresscost,if more than 18 month,we also free to maintain the broken parts but for send the newparts,the buyer need bear the express cost.
- 4. When ship the roll forming machine,We will also send one set CD and specification(Chinese and English) to you with the machine,they can teach you how to operater themachines.
